As you know, Gracie is a rescue dog. In fact, the day we (and by “we” I mean I) agreed to foster her for a week (which turned into years as we never really heard from the rescuer again) puppy had been scheduled to get the axe that very night. So I really am sensitive to the idea that it’s way better to rescue a Gracie than it is to get your brand new puppy from a breeder, but this is just too much.
It’s just too much

There seems to be a fine line between crazy like a fox, and just plain crazy. PETA, you are leaning toward the latter. Sea kittens?
I think PETA’s nonsense really hurts a lot of legitimate animal rights and enviromental groups by letting critics lump them all together.
That sea kitten bit was crazy! Oh, PETA. What are we going to do with you?
That’s so funny- I read the article and thought the same thing. I’m so glad they didn’t actually change their name- I would’ve lost all respect for them. I mean, I’m all for animal rights (thank goodness you saved baby puppy!), but that’s just going too far. And, “Sea Kittens?” Don’t get me started. Ugh.
