   Noticed your recent woes with CREDO and wanted to know if we could resolve anything… I just started at CREDO, but saw your post and wanted to see if i could help.

   Hi,
   I have the EXACT same situation with Charter about the gift card. Signed up last Feb. and NEVER got the card. Now it is supposed to be in the mail again…LOL. Like a UFO..I’ll believe it when I see it.
   Did you ever get your card?

   Yes, finally. It took writing a letter to their legal department, on which I indicated that I had sent the letter to the FTC as well as Wisconsin’s consumer protection agency. They called me about two days later to say that the card was on its way (it was actually 4 $75 cards) and that they were so happy that they could clear it up so ‘quickly.’

   Oh! And the letter said that I would be suing them in small claims court if I did not get the money in 14 days.
